Refund Policy

At Decorov we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
 

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The item arrives damaged or faulty.

  • You receive the wrong item.

To start a request, contact us at info@decorov.store within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refund Process
 
  • Once your request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 20 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
     

Non-Refundable Items
 
  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Items damaged through misuse or neglect
